My experience with Hunter Douglas of Kailua Kona, HI was excellent
from the minute we entered the store to the completion of the
installation. The staff greeted us very professionally and friendly.
They educated us to the different types of window treatments and and
we were given the options that fit our needs from our conversations.
Jeannie was so knowledgeable and when she came to our home to
measure we were so impressed by the short amount of time it took to
take all of the measurements and choosing colors. The installer was
excellent and worked from the moment he walked in the door and never
even took a break. They were installed perfectly. And Jeannie's
measurements were perfect. The installer took the time to give us
instructions on how they worked and was finished in no time.
Excellent! We ordered the window treatments in two different orders
and when we called a few months later Jeannie had the measurements
and all the information that we had taken when the first order was
made. Again, everything turned out perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate to
recommend them!! What a great team. Mahalo!

The Silhouette and Roller Shades were installed this morning by

Koloko Shutter and Blind accurately measured and installed blinds
into our vacation rental in Kailua Kona HI. Everything fits well and
solved afternoon heat issues. Jeannie matched blind colors to our
decor and everything looks so well coordinated.

received excellent personal service directly from the owner,
Jeannie, who assisted me to select the right style window treatments
in a complimentary color for all of the bedrooms in my home. The
excellent service continued through installation of my Hunter
Douglas roller shades and skyline panels by, Marcus, the installer
who was very precise and assured I was completely satisfied with the
product and installation before he left. I have only good things to
say about this experience and encourage others to visit their
